Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Software(Senior) Engineer - People Tech to join the People Systems team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
Build and automate end-to-end workflows connecting Workday with Slack, leveraging tools such as n8n or Make to improve operational efficiency and employee experience
Develop AI-enabled or agent-based automations where applicable, using scripting and orchestration frameworks ( Slack, HR systems, internal services, external APIs)
Build and experiment with AI/ML-enabled and agent-based solutions, including intelligent workflows, assistants, and task automation ( using Google Agentspace or similar platforms),
Implement API-based integrations with enterprise systems (such as Workday) to enable automation and data-driven use cases
