We are looking for the right candidate to strengthen our sales efforts by managing inbound enquiries, conducting online product demos, and helping potential customers understand how Bukku can simplify their business operations.
This role is ideal for someone with both accounting knowledge and strong communication skills, who enjoy helping others and can confidently present technical solutions in a clear and relatable way.
Responsibilities
Respond to inbound sales inquiries via calls, emails, and live chat.
Conduct engaging Zoom product demonstrations and address customer questions
Understand Bukku's features in-depth to match them with customer needs.
Identify customer pain points and demonstrate how Bukku addresses their challenges.
