  Position Duties: 
 Responsible for contributing/driving technical architecture and design for all projects across Interoperability Engineering in Pune. This includes all aspects of design and architecture – performance, scalability, reusability, testability, and simplicity.
 Understand business needs and hands on elaborate for next generation technology and solutions both around product design and software engineering excellence.
 Effectively drive technical architecture and design reviews and influence global stakeholders in global forums. Guide and support scrum teams to implement/adopt new architecture, design, framework, or tools in respective projects. 
 Provide strong technical leadership and mentoring to a team of software engineers working in an agile/scrum environment.
