Software Team Manager (Part-Time – 130 Hours/Month)
We are a fast-paced telecommunications business operating multiple WordPress-based web platforms integrated with .NET backend systems. Our environment is application-focused and delivery-driven, with ongoing maintenance, bug fixes, enhancements, and continuous improvement across live production systems.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Software Team Manage to own the day-to-day delivery and operational health of our software platforms.
You will lead a small development team of three developers, ensuring work is clearly scoped, prioritised, delivered, and communicated.
This is a part-time role (approximately 130 hours per month) and requires someone who is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in parallel.
