Software/ Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the PD/PM of BSS project delivery, be the first contact person of the customer, and be responsible for the project delivery phase (plan/cost/quality), and for customer satisfaction.
• Streamline front-end sales and back-end O&M to ensure contract and delivery quality.
• Properly and effectively use project management knowledge, tools, and skills to build a team. Develop the project operation plan. Develop the project management plan. Schedule and coordinate internal and peripheral resources. Manage subcontractors, ensure efficient project delivery, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Be responsible for the project scope, progress, cost, delivery quality, project operation result, and profit, including detailed planning and project planning in the planning phase and monitoring of project progress and delivery in the implementation phase.
