Job Summary

The Software Test Lead is responsible for leading end-to-end testing activities for banking applications, ensuring high-quality, secure, and compliant software delivery. The role involves test planning, team leadership, stakeholder coordination, and adherence to banking regulations and risk controls.

Key ResponsibilitiesTest Leadership & Management

• Lead and manage testing activities across the SDLC/STLC for banking applications
• Prepare and own Test Strategy, Test Plan, and Test Estimation
• Allocate tasks, track progress, and manage test resources and schedules
• Mentor and guide Test Analysts/Test Engineers

Banking & Domain-Specific Testing

• Ensure testing coverage for core banking, digital banking, payments, loans, cards, treasury, or regulatory systems
