ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Understand and analyze testing requirements for the assigned project.
2.Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
3.Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
4.Perform test execution, capturing and analyzing test results and work with respective teams to resolve the open defects etc.
5.Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
6.Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
7.Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
8.Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and business analyst) to identify system requirements and apply testing processes.
9.Providing UAT testing support to external users/stakeholders
10.Exploring and implementing new testing strategies
11.Providing the regular and accurate status updates and insights
