【職務概要/ミッション】

仙台に拠点を持つ弊社の最重要顧客を対象に、半導体製造装置に組み込まれるソフトウェアの品質向上を目的として、テスト戦略の立案から実行までをリード。開発はドイツ・ポーランドが担っており、日本は顧客に最も近い立場として、顧客要件の理解〜テスト設計〜検証を主導する役割を担う。単なるテスト実行ではなく、顧客・海外開発の間に立ち、品質を作り込む上流工程に関われる点が特徴。

【業務内容】

キーアカウントチームおよび海外開発チームとで連携しながら、顧客要求に基づいたテスト計画の策定 、テスト設計および実行（PC・実機双方）、顧客システムと連携した統合テストの実施 、不具合発生時の再現試験および原因切り分け、開発部門との連携 、海外開発チームとの仕様・テスト内容に関する技術的なコミュニケーション を実施。
