**Location:** Greater New York City Metropolitan Area (Project Location Varies)

**Status:** Part Time as Needed

**Duration:** Extended

**Client:** Varies

**Compensation:** $30hr - $40/hr Based on Certification & Experience

**Soils / Geotechnical Inspector Role Overview**

The Soils / Geotechnical Inspector provides specialized inspection, testing, and verification services for earthwork, foundations, and geotechnical construction activities on Building & Infrastructure projects throughout the Greater New York City Metropolitan Area. This role supports both Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) programs in accordance with 1 RCNY §101-06, Chapter 17 of the NYC Building Code, the International Building Code (IBC), and applicable geotechnical standards.
