We are seeking a reliable and motivated Solar Crew Member to support our solar installation team. The role involves assisting with the installation, maintenance, and inspection of solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial sites. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation and assembly of solar panels and mounting systems.
• Support electricians and solar technicians with wiring, mounting, and equipment handling.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized worksite.
• Transport and organize materials and tools for daily installation tasks.
• Help troubleshoot minor issues under the guidance of senior crew members.
