The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and familiar with solar monitoring platforms such as Tesla and Enphase.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with post-installation inquiries, including system operation, monitoring, and general support
• Navigate and support customers through Tesla and Enphase monitoring portals
• Respond to customer questions regarding production, system performance, and basic troubleshooting
