Key Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (PEC registration preferred).
* Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience specifically within the Solar Energy sector.
* Skills: * Proficiency in solar design software (PVsyst, Helioscope, or AutoCAD).
* Strong understanding of On-grid, Off-grid, and Hybrid systems.
* Experience in site surveys, system sizing, and project commissioning.
