Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Solar Estimator to join our growing team in the San Antonio area. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the residential solar industry who enjoys working with numbers, proposals, and cross-functional teams. You'll play a key role in preparing accurate project estimates while supporting our warehouse with pricing, inventory, and materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings, plans, and project specifications to determine project scope
• Prepare detailed and accurate proposals for solar panel, generator, and battery installations
• Perform material and labor takeoffs using Bluebeam
• Develop cost estimates and bid proposals using Microsoft Excel
• Communicate with project managers and suppliers to obtain pricing
