Solar & EV Systems Engineer (Electrical & Mechanical)

Key Responsibilities

Engineering Design & Calculation

• Independently perform and verify:

• PV system sizing (DC/AC ratio, string configuration, inverter selection)

• LV & MV cable sizing, voltage drop, short-circuit and fault level calculations
• Protection coordination (MCB, MCCB, ACB, relays, CT/VT selection and settings)
• Earthing and lightning protection system design and assessment
• Structural and mechanical checks for mounting systems and equipment layout

• Design and assess engineering solutions for:

• Residential, C&I, and solar farm projects

• EV charging infrastructure (AC & DC chargers), including load assessment, diversity factor, and maximum demand (MD) impact

Engineering Review & Error Detection

• Review engineering drawings, single-line diagrams, calculations, and method statements prepared by internal teams, consultants, or contrac...
