We’re hiring a Solar Installation Foreman to lead our install crews in the field. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strong electrical skills with team management. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering safe, efficient, and top-tier installations.

Responsibilities

• Perform all electrical scopes of work, including BOS wiring, inverter/disconnect installation, grounding, and system commissioning
• Complete basic electrical repairs as needed, such as water main grounding and feeder replacements
