Solar Resident Engineer

Job Description
Provide full-time on-site supervision of solar PV installation works including mounting structures, PV modules, inverters, transformers, cabling, and grid interconnection.
Ensure EPC Contractor executes works in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, codes, and standards.
Monitor daily site activities, manpower, equipment deployment, and construction sequencing.
Verify compliance with approved method statements, work permits, and construction schedules.
Review and verify EPC Contractor's shop drawings, installation procedures, and as-built documentation.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks for mechanical, electrical, and civil works related to solar PV systems.
Identify non-conformances, issue site instructions, and follow up on corrective actions.
Witness factory acceptance tests (if required), site acceptance tests, and performance tests.
