Job Description
Sales Team Lead / Business Development Manager
Job Purpose
To manage residential solar leads from initial enquiry until successful sales closure, payment collection, installation coordination, energization, and client handover to the After Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management
- Receive assigned leads from the Primary Sales WhatsApp Number.
- Follow up with potential clients promptly after leads are assigned.
- Understand client needs, property details, electricity usage, and solar requirements.
- Provide basic consultation and explanation on residential solar solutions.
- Maintain proper communication with clients through WhatsApp, phone calls, and face to face meetings when required.
Sales Consultation and Closing
- Prepare and explain the solar proposal, quotation, package, savings estimate, and payment terms to clients.
