The Solar Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the solar sales team to achieve revenue targets, expand market presence, and develop strong client relationships. This role involves strategic planning, team supervision, and direct involvement in closing key solar energy projects.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
At least 3–5 years of sales experience (solar/renewable energy industry preferred).
Proven leadership experience in managing a sales team.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of solar systems, net metering, and energy solutions is an advantage.
Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
