Solar Sales Manager

Semper Solaris is a fast-growing, well-established solar company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to oversee its high-performing sales teams in Greater Bay Area / Central Valley / East Bay. While solar remains our core focus, we’ve expanded into a full suite of home energy improvement products—including solar batteries, roofing, HVAC, insulation, gutters, and whole home fans—providing our team with multiple revenue streams and opportunities to maximize earnings.

We are seeking an experienced solar sales leader with strong PPA and Purchase selling expertise, team management skills, and a passion for training and performance development. You’ll be stepping into a well-trained, successful sales team with unlimited preset appointments and immediate potential to make an impact.
