 Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00
 Pay Rate: £12.40 per hour

We are currently looking for a Soldering Operative to join our client in Aylesford. This role involves gas torch soldering of small metal trays in a hands-on production environment.

The Role

Gas torch soldering of small metal components and trays

Working to quality and safety standards

Handling small, detailed parts with care and precision

Following set processes and instructions

What We’re Looking For

Previous soldering experience desirable (gas torch preferred but not essential)

Candidates with a similar hands-on or manufacturing background encouraged to apply

Good attention to detail and manual dexterity

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
