Solicitor - Corporate Insurance and Litigation

Our client is looking for a Junior Solicitor to join their Brisbane Corporate Insurance and Litigation team. The successful candidate will be working closely with technically excellent senior solicitors on both contentious and non-contentious coverage matters for the firm's corporate and government clients as well as assisting insurance brokers with crafting policy wordings and structuring insurance programs.

You will also have the opportunity to work on prominent multijurisdictional matters and assist senior solicitors with the defence of claims for ASX listed clients and also act for international insurers on some of Australia's most prominent current disputes, multimillion dollar common law claims, class actions, remediation programs as well as high profile regulatory investigations and prosecutions.
