We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association in Greater Manchester , who are looking for a Solicitor to join the team on a permanent basis.

This will be a full-time position which can be conducted remotely , offering a salary of circa £55,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing disrepair cases, and they must be a qualified solicitor.

Duties (but not limited to)

• Handling a case load of routine, complex and potentially sensitive legal cases made up of contentious and non-contentious matters including advice on repairs obligations and other landlord & tenant related matters
• Managing predominantly disrepair matters, but also covering tenancy enforcement, injunction and general housing management advice
