Solicitor - Tax

DLA Piper's Tax practice is growing, and as a result we are looking for a Solicitor (ideally with 2-3 years’ experience) to join our Sydney team. This opportunity will see you working within a full service national tax team that is part of a broader global tax practice, which has a strong and growing, Australian market presence.

In this dynamic position, you will be working closely with our Australian Tax Partners and the wider team to provide integral support on high value tax advisory and transactional work with a focus on international transactions and tax issues, including in relation to M&A work, structuring, investment fund transactions, infrastructure and real estate deals, and corporate restructures. You will have the opportunity to develop an industry specific focus to deliver a valuable combination of global insight and local knowledge to support DLA Piper's clients across a broad range of sectors, including the oil and gas, energy, technology, financial service...
