Solicitor/Legal Fee Earner

Our client is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to take over a caseload of files which are a mix of active and dormant clients, approximately 150, where you will provide services across Wills, Estate Planning, LPA's and Probate, including Administration matters.

In this client facing fee earning position, you will meet clients to discuss their wealth and lifetime planning as well as guidance on tax matters, estate administration and trusts. You will also be involved with LPAs and Court of Protection to include deputyship services. In addition, you will be encouraged to build relationships with HNW clients, business owners and entrepreneurs.

The firm value collaboration across departments and are looking for someone with a strong technical background who is a confident communicator and is able to provide high levels of client service and work with a variety of people, including wealthy land owners.
