Main Purpose

• Lead customer needs diagnosis (current situation and expected results definition).
• Define client target profile and prioritize solution requests.
• Define and implement operational efficiency action plan.
• Measure and publish results and capture learnings.
• Evaluate and pursue the option of cross selling solutions.

• Design new business models based on customers’ needs and integral best practice.
