Kinetic is embarking on one of its largest people and technology programs—a multi-year HCM & Payroll Transformation across Australia and New Zealand. We’re entering the design/build phase and need an experienced leader to help shape the future of HR and payroll for over 7,000 employees.

What you'll do

As the Workday (Core HR), Payroll & Time & Attendance Lead, you’ll act as the Architect and single point of contact for solution design and delivery. You will:

• Design end-to-end solutions for Workday Core HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance.
• Own architectural decisions and ensure alignment with business requirements and governance standards.
• Lead configuration, testing, integration, data migration, and go-live readiness.
