Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, with significant experience leading or governing Microsoft Dynamics 365‑based implementations.

Demonstrated experience supporting large‑scale, multi‑year IT modernization or transformation initiatives.

Experience working within structured architecture, security, and delivery governance environments, preferably within public‑sector style contexts.

Proven ability to operate in a lead architectural role, while collaborating effectively with delivery teams, vendors, and enterprise stakeholders.

Strong documentation, communication, and decision‑making skills, with the ability to articulate architectural direction and rationale.
