Key Responsibilities

• Assess client pain points to understand business challenges and shape tailored Microsoft technology solutions that demonstrate real business value.
• Collaborate with architects and consultants to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and in line with the best delivery practices.
• Communicate technical aspects of the solution clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, aligned to the real business outcomes.
• Work closely with architects and business development colleagues to define accurate cost and effort estimations for the solution implementation.
• Concisely identify the pain points the solution solves and the business benefit it drives, to enable accurate marketing of the solution.
• Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and commercial documentation, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
