Solution Architect (Dynamics 365)

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) across Customer Engagement (CE), Finance & Operations (F&O), and Power Platform components.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, including CRM, Billing, Asset Management, Field Service, Work Order Management, and Customer Service.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant solution designs.
• Define integration architectures between D365 and third‑party systems such as billing platforms, payment gateways, GIS, IoT, and legacy systems.
• Govern data models, configurations, and custom development standards.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and performance requirements.
