Solution Architect

At ING we are looking for a Solution Architect to join our Architecture CoE team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end technical solutions ensuring alignment with domain architecture, enterprise architecture and IT strategy.
• Refine technical solution directions and dependencies drafted in Epics in coordination with Enterprise, Domain and IT Chapter Leads, leveraging his/her expertise.
• Provide knowledge, vision and structure to help teams find solutions to complex IT programmes.
• Guide squads to identify the best solution in line with the IT strategy and tribe needs, supporting epic and feature prioritisation.
• Ensure solutions are implemented in accordance with design and standards.
• Collaborate with Domain Architect and Business Chapter Leads to develop the tribe’s roadmap of assets.
