Job Summary

We are hiring a Solution Architect to design and lead the architecture of an enterprise-grade Supply Chain CRM platform. This platform integrates customers, orders, inventory, shipments, cases, and analytics into a single system.

This role requires deep experience in enterprise systems, integrations, and supply chain workflows. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to define scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for the CRM platform

• Design and govern the core data model (customers, orders, shipments, inventory, cases)

• Define integration patterns with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems

• Establish API, event-driven, and batch integration standards
