YOUR FUTURE ROLE As the Solution Customer Success Manager (S-CSM) for our Growth Unit Sustainability Latin America, you proactively and consistently engage with our customers, helping them achieve lifetime business value and success in our business solution area. Working together with key and executive stakeholders, the S-CSM uses business and solution expertise to accelerate value and to maximize customer satisfaction and growth.
