Solution Engineer

Key Responsibilities
1. Integration Solutioning & Architecture
Analyze client system environments and technical requirements
Design integration architecture between multiple systems (HIS, LIS, RIS, EMR, billing, payment, insurance platforms, third-party services)
Propose appropriate interface and middleware solutions
Produce technical design documents, mapping documents, and data flow diagrams
2. API & Interface Development
Develop and configure integrations using:
REST APIs
SOAP Web Services
SFTP / file-based interfaces
Message queues
Build data transformation and mapping logic between systems
Implement secure authentication (OAuth2, tokens, certificates, VPN integrations)
3. Healthcare Interoperability (Critical)
Implement and maintain integrations using HL7 standards (HL7 v2.x / ADT / ORM / ORU messages)
Perform message parsing, validation, mapping, and troubleshooting
Work with hospital systems such as EMR/EHR, LIS, RIS, PACS
