About the Role

As an IT Solution Integrator at BDC, you will play a strategic role in designing, integrating and optimizing complex technology solutions in critical environments, ensuring alignment between business needs and IT capabilities to support the reliability and scalability of enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design IT architectures adapted to insurance software packages and enterprise systems, including integration with Interact, Genesys, Workday and other SaaS platforms.
• Evaluate, design and integrate modules, components and solutions from insurance packages and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with development, operations, architecture teams and business stakeholders to ensure solution consistency, performance and sustainability.
• Perform in-depth analysis of IT systems and recommend appropriate architectures, integration patterns and technology approaches.
