Solution-Level Software System Engineer

Overview


i3 is looking for a Solution-Level Software System Engineer to join our team to support the PAE Fires Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office. The candidate in this role will work with contractors, US military, government civilians and system operators to develop system-level concepts that provide solutions to problems that often involve various systems from multiple product offices. These concepts define external interfaces, outline system behavior, performance, and acceptance criteria necessary to support HW and SW engineering teams.


Responsibilities


+ Working as a member of the Solutions System Engineering Team in prioritizing capabilities to be worked in each Program Increment (PI).

+ Working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to better understand the scope of an Initiative/Capability.
