Responsibility

  • Design, specify and advise on the most suitable communications solution to satisfy customer needs
  • Participate in the preparation of tender responses and non-standard contracts with the assistance of legal advisers where necessary
  • Participate in the preparation and provision of high quality generic product, services, regulatory and strategy presentations at seminars, conferences and trade shows
  • Participate in technical SLA and contract negotiation
  • Other specific task assigned by management

    • Requirements

  • Technical knowledge in IPLC, IEPL, IP Transit, IP VPN and IDC are preferred
  • Experience in pre-sales support or related is a plus
  • Good project management skill and communication skill
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and Chinese.
