Key Responsibilities
+ Configure, test, optimize, and deploy Aloha POS solutions for SMB customers
+ Design tailored system configurations based on each customer’s unique restaurant workflows and operational needs
+ Ensure configurations support operational efficiency and align with product functionality and best practices
+ Partner closely with Project Managers, RTS/deployment teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery
