Solution Specialist

Role:
The Solution Specialist - MS Security will report to the Senior Director, Cyber Risk and
Technology Advisory Services. The role focuses on designing and securing
Microsoft 365 messaging environments, executing end-to-end migration projects,
configuring hybrid Exchange setups, and implementing Purview-based compliance
controls. The specialist collaborates with identity and security teams, resolves complex
technical issues, automates operations using PowerShell, and ensures stability,
performance, and compliance across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end email migration projects from Exchange or Google Workspace to Exchange Online.
• Design and implement Hybrid Exchange architecture ensuring secure coexistence and mail flow.
