 THE OPPORTUNITY

 Join FX as a Solutions Advisor to deliver client satisfaction and profitable growth by operationalizing and evolving FX’s cloud-managed services offering.

 AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
 
  Service Offerings Development : Collaborate with the VP of Solutions Innovation and other stakeholders to define and refine the service offerings of our cloud managed services. Analyze customer requirements, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
  Client Engagement : Support Client Manager as technical point of contact for clients who require managed services for their infrastructure and operations. Understand client business objectives, challenges, and technical requirements. Work closely with clients to assess their needs and propose tailored solutions to address their specific goals.
