As a Solutions Analyst at StarTech.com, you’ll play a key role in shaping how technology solutions are defined, prioritized, and delivered across the business. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with a variety of stakeholders, and seeing their work move from idea to real‑world impact. You’ll partner closely with business teams and delivery partners to understand needs, translate them into explicit requirements, and support the successful delivery of solutions. From early discovery through requirements, build, testing and release, you’ll be involved across the full lifecycle, gaining exposure to how technology initiatives are planned, built, and delivered.
