Lead technology innovation and digital transformation solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Design and implement cloud-native, microservices-based architectures that are scalable, resilient, and secure.
Champion AI adoption for automation, process optimization, and architecture modernization.
Conduct POCs, technical assessments, and feasibility studies to evaluate emerging technologies and solutions.
Partner with customer experience and marketing business to improve net promotor scores and generate upsell opportunities.
Build AI driven solutions and tools to improve distributors and partners sales experience.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical blueprints.
