Solutions Architect (Consumer Platforms in Fintech)

Key Responsibilities

• System Design & Integration: Design end-to-end architectures for cloud-native consumer applications, ensuring seamless data flow between front-end platforms and back-end microservices.
• Conversational AI Strategy: Architect scalable chatbot and Virtual Assistant solutions, focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP) integration, session management, and hand-offs to live agents.
• Cloud Governance: Lead the transition to (or optimization of) AWS, Azure, or GCP environments, prioritizing high availability and disaster recovery.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure all solutions adhere to FSI standards such as PCI-DSS, SOC2, and GDPR/CCPA. You will be the gatekeeper for data encryption and identity management (OAuth2, OIDC).
