Solutions Architect

Role Overview

You’ll be the technical brain behind our sales engine. Partner with Sales & AM to design AI solutions that are scalable, feasible, and profitable—while controlling scope and ensuring clean delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with Sales & AM in client meetings to translate business needs into AI solutions
• Design AI agents, workflows, and automations (LLM, prompt engineering, API integration)
• Build demos & POCs that actually close deals
• Create clear docs: SOW, TOR, user flows (define in-scope vs out-of-scope)
• Act as gatekeeper to prevent scope creep & protect margins
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering for feasibility
• Design integrations with CRM & marketing automation systems
• Support client onboarding post-deal
• Track AI trends & feed insights to product team
