Solutions Architect

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides Presales support for the assigned Cisco Data Center Architecture, Pure Storage, Rubrik, LogicMonitor and Opengear solutions to our Sales and BDM team, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit, or as directed by the direct reporting manager.
• Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customer's requirement, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and their firm.
• Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the Partner/end user firm. Adapts accordingly, when necessary, to ensure appropriate solution is provided.
• Coordinates closely with internal sales, vendor sales and technical support, and service resources to align solution design with customers' business requirements.
