To fulfill this role, the Solution Architect will

• Work closely with Sales and Competency Heads to derive strategy to cover key accounts
• Responsible for understanding key accounts environment and pain points
• Responsible for identifying improvement areas in customers current technology stack, and work with various SME to derive the most applicable solution in addressing customer pain points
• Responsible for planning technology roadmap for key accounts
• Responsible for all technical aspects of a bid to the customer, including bill of materials, scope of work and technical proposal
• Lead and set the direction for complex projects.
• Manage and lead the review of the requirements gathered during the requirement gathering phase.
