This role involves leading architectural discussions, understanding customer challenges, and presenting tailored solutions that align with their needs. As the primary technical point of contact (SPOC), the Solutions Architect will provide expert guidance, rapidly address technical inquiries, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations.
