The Red Hat LATAM Technology Sales team is searching for an experienced and dynamic ASA Senior Manager to lead our team in Mexico City.In this pivotal leadership role, you'll be responsible for guiding and developing a team of Account Solution Architects focused on our key Enterprise Accounts in Mexico.Beyond team leadership, you'll play a critical role in shaping and executing Red Hat's go-to-market (GTM) strategies and tactics across the Mexican market.This includes driving the adoption and success of our comprehensive product portfolio: Linux Operating System, Virtualization, Automation, Container Management, and Application Development.What you will do:- Hire, develop, retain, and lead Account Solution Architects within the region to deliver Red Hat Solution offerings through all sales motions & technical decision points (TDPs).
