Solutions Auditor – Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth code reviews to ensure adherence to established standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
• Identify technical risks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement across ongoing and completed projects.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies by offering technical insight into sprint planning and delivery estimates.
• Collaborate with development leads to enhance engineering processes and governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software development, technical auditing, or senior code review roles.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Odoo and/or Python is a significant advantage.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
