Solutions & Automation Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially strong and technically capable Solutions & Automation Manager to lead warehouse solutioning, automation concept design, costing, and bid development for strategic customers.

This role works closely with Business Development, Operations, Engineering, and automation vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end warehouse solutions (conventional & automated).
• Design layouts including ASRS, staging zones, dock planning, flow optimization.
• Build CAPEX & OPEX financial models and pricing structures.
• Support RFP submissions and client technical discussions.
• Evaluate ROI, throughput, pallet positions, and productivity gains.
• Support project handover and validate technical assumptions before go-live.

Qualification & Experience

• 5–10+ years in warehouse solutioning / automation / contract logistics.
