Job Description

  1. Customer Engagement:

  2. Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their business needs and technical requirements.

  3. Conduct detailed requirements analysis and gather information on customer environments.

  4. Solution Design:

  5. Design and architect infrastructure solutions that address customer needs, including servers, storage, networking, cloud, and virtualization technologies.

  6. Develop technical proposals, including solution specifications, diagrams, and cost estimates.

  7. Technical Presentations:

  8. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of proposed solutions to customers.

  9. Articulate the technical benefits and competitive advantages of the proposed solutions.

  10. Collaboration with Sales Team:

  11. Work closely with the sales team to align technical solutions with sales strategies and customer objectives.
